Each suite is a fully private, lockable room with its own climate control, so you set your hours, your prices, your music and your brand — and your clients park at the door.
The building sits on Highway 43 just north of I-12 (Exit 32), minutes from downtown Albany, Springfield and Livingston. If your clients live along the I-12 corridor between Hammond and Denham Springs, this is the middle of their map.

How founding membership works
1. Hold your suite
A $500 refundable deposit takes your suite off the market today. If the space isn’t what we promised at your walk-through, you get every dollar back.
2. Lock your rate
Founding members sign at our opening rate and keep it for the full 12-month lease. When the last suite is spoken for, founding pricing closes.
3. Move in and open
We hand you the key at opening in late October 2026. Bring your tools, your product and your book; the building is ready.

We are targeting a late October 2026 opening. Founding members are notified first and get first choice of suite at their walk-through.
How much does an Albany suite cost?
Standard suites are $165 per week and the two large suites are $200 per week. Both include electric, water and internet, and founding members lock that rate for their full 12-month lease.
What does the $500 deposit cover?
It reserves a specific suite in your name and is fully refundable if you tour the finished space and decide it is not for you. At signing, it applies toward your security deposit.
Do I need a license and insurance?
Yes. You need a current Louisiana cosmetology, barber, esthetics or applicable professional license, and your own liability insurance. Many of our tenants use Elite Beauty Society; any carrier is fine.
Can I see the space before I commit?
Absolutely. Tours are available now during construction, and every founding member gets a final walk-through before signing.
