Do I need a cosmetology license?
Yes. All suite professionals must hold a current, valid license in their service area. We verify before move-in. This protects you, your clients, and the whole Belle Vie community.
What does the $500 deposit cover?
The $500 deposit holds your suite and is fully refundable when you leave the space in good condition. It's what secures your spot — especially important for Albany where spots are limited.
What's the lease term?
Belle Vie requires a minimum 12-month lease. Want to lock in your rate even longer? You can sign a multi-year lease to protect your weekly price from future increases. Nothing under 12 months — this is your business home, and we build real relationships here. Call Michelle at (985) 218-5502 to talk through your options.
Do I need business insurance?
Yes — all Belle Vie tenants are required to carry their own professional liability insurance. The good news: it's quick and affordable. We recommend Elite Beauty Society — plans start around $179/year and cover hair, nails, skin, wellness, barbers, and more. You can get fully covered in about 5 minutes online. Belle Vie requires proof of insurance before move-in.
Is the suite move-in ready?
Suites are your blank canvas — freshly painted, floored, and cleaned. You bring your equipment, furniture, and product. That way it truly becomes your space, your brand.
Can I see the space before committing?
Absolutely. We love a good walk-through. Call Michelle at (985) 218-5502 and she'll set it up. Seeing it in person is usually all it takes — these suites speak for themselves.
What utilities are included?
Electric, water, and high-speed internet are all included in your weekly rate. No surprise bills. You pay one flat rate, we handle the rest.
When does Albany open?
Albany is scheduled to open August 2026. Founding member pricing is available now for the first tenants to commit. These 9 suites will go fast — don't wait on this one.
