HOW IT BEGAN
The name was already there.
We just had to build it.
When we found the corner property at 41561 Veterans Avenue, we noticed something poetic. The building sat where two streets met — Veterans Avenue, and a quiet street called Belle Drive.
Veterans + Belle. Honor and beauty.
The name felt right because it was already there — written into the corner itself. So we built something worthy of it.
